Spice up sauces and marinades with Terre Exotique yellow chilli purée. Made in Senegal, it combines hot and fruity chilli peppers with fresh lime juice. 

Rich in exotic flavours, this tangy paste is perfect for dips and dressings. Use it to make a zingy vinaigrette for salads with prawn and mango. Or, stir it through sour cream and guacamole.

Yellow chilli peppers have a moderate heat level that won’t overpower your recipe. Lime adds a refreshing touch of acidity. The purée’s warm, tangy flavours work beautifully in marinades for white meat and seafood. Brush it over prawns or chicken before grilling.

Before opening, store at room temperature. After opening, store in a cool place for up to six months.
