Vegetable glycerine is a versatile ingredient that helps oils blend together perfectly. The sweet, colourless liquid is extracted from coconut and palm oil which means it is often used for its moisturising properties.  

This sweet liquid is often added to foods to help oil and water mix, or to sweeten the final dish. This ingredient is popular in baking and patisserie work as it can be added to royal icing to keep it soft and prevent it drying out.

This vegetable glycerine is 99% pure (the purest version possible) and comes in a 1 litre bottle.
