Lighter than a western-style chef’s knife, the Santoku is an all-rounder that’s a joy to use and easy to maintain. The elegant black handle is curved for comfort. The blade is made from molybdenum Japanese steel, with a Rockwell scale of Härte HRC 55. You’ll find yourself reaching for this hard-working knife again and again. Made in Seki City, Japan: world-renowned for their knife production, with a tradition dating back almost 800 years.
