Liven up salads and slaw with Acid League’s carrot ginger dressing. It gets its vibrant orange colour from carrot purée. The tangy, zingy flavours come from apple cider vinegar and fresh ginger. 

A splash of soy sauce adds depth to this plant-based dressing. It’s fantastic with leafy greens, both cooked and raw. Drizzle it over salads and grain bowls with kale and crispy chickpeas.

The sweet, vegetal flavours work well with roasted vegetables. You can also serve the dressing as a dip for carrot ‘fries’ and vegetable tempura.

We like to add a splash of carrot ginger dressing to a crunchy slaw. Toss finely sliced cabbage, carrots and spring onions in the tangy sauce. Serve your slaw with chicken karaage or add it to a banh mi.
